Fifth Grade Social Studies and Language Arts
 


 I teach Fifth grade Language Arts and Social Studies in an ITEC classroom.  I have a wonderful time finding resources online that we use in the classroom to enhance our learning.  I team-teach with Mrs. Bouknight.

I am from Chattanooga, Tennessee and went to Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina.  I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.  My husband, Erik, is the pastor of VillageChurch, which we started in the gym at Bethel-Hanberry in 2002.  We have three children.  Hank is in the seventh grade at Blythewood Middle, Glyn is in third grade at BHE and Janie is in first grade here. 

 

When I am not at school I enjoy hanging out with my family, reading and helping out at church.
