Education: I attended
Columbia College and graduated with a B.A. in Music and Elementary Education
in December 2000. I went back to Columbia College and graduated with a Masters
of Education in Divergent Learning in December 2003. I received my
National Boards Certification in Early Childhood in November 2007.
Teaching Experience: I have taught first grade at
Bethel Hanberry for eight years.
Family: I enjoy spending time with my mom and my older brother.
I got married in the summer of
2007. I live with my husband and two step-sons, Grayson and Brandon
in Blythewood. We have a
cute little guinea pig named Mr. Whiskers.
Interests and Hobbies: I enjoy spending time with friends
and family. I love to sing. I have been singing since I was
five years old. I have enjoyed learning how to cook over the last several
months.
I have learned that it is not as hard as I thought. Shopping is
another hobby of mine which can get me
into trouble sometimes.
