Mrs. King’s Class

Mrs. King is a 5th grade Language Arts and Social Studies teacher.   This is her first year teaching and she is very excited to be here at Bethel-Hanberry!  She moved to South Carolina the summer before 5^th grade and has been here ever since.  She has always had the dream of being a teacher because she loves helping children learn in exciting and interesting ways!

Mrs. King graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University, which is located in Nashville, TN, in December 2007.  A few days after graduating she married her high school sweetheart, Mark, who is the youth director at Trinity United Methodist in Blythewood.  During her free time Mrs. King loves to read, go on walks with her dog Miles, and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
