March News

Dear Parents, We had our class pizza party last week.  Mrs. Johnson was kind enough to go and get the pizzas and help with lunch.  We have 16 students on the AR wall and 2 more that are very close.  I am very proud of their efforts and determination.  The children are now working on earning a Webkin for 50 points.  We have several that are very close.  We also have 6 that will go to Wendy’s for a special celebration for those children who have read 100 and 200 books.  Please sign the reading logs and encourage you child to return with it to school daily.

Thanks you to Mr. Brazell for trimming and organizing our Writing Binders.  He has done a great job.  I think you will be very surprised and proud of your child when you see their binder.  If you have not sent in a 1-2 inch white binder with a clear plastic sleeve in the front, please do so soon.

Report Cards

Our third report will be coming home in a few weeks.  I would love to set up a conference with you to discuss your child’s successes.  If you would like a conference, please send me a note and I will be happy to set up a conference time.
